Alan R. Mettemeyer, SE PE


Alan is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the firm while engaging with client and project development. With over 20 years of experience in the structural engineering field, he has experience in a wide variety of building types, from 14-story hotels, 400,000 gallon aquariums, and multi-story EF5 tornado rated buildings.

Ingenuity, design and strength are more than just words in a tagline to Alan. They are the core attributes of each and every design.

Branden Warden, PE


Branden has the oversight of the firms staff development. He is in charge of structural design, construction documents, and construction administration for many different projects. Past experience includes 100,000 SF retail facilities around the U.S., multi-story multi-family living complexes, and numerous commercial buildings of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction.

Branden is a member of EERI (Earthquake Engineering Research Institute) and has been published “Global and Local Seismic Drift Estimates for R.C. Frames.” His experience and focus fit perfectly with a wide variety of clients and projects.

Darrell Milam

Project Manager

Darrell has over 12 years of experience in Structural Engineering and concentrates his efforts in the Architectural Aluminum Industry. He is responsible for applications and analysis of commercial windows, storefront and curtain wall products.

Working Direct with EFCO (a Pella Company) and Kawneer (an ALCOA Company) and many other manufacturers, Darrell has provided engineered circums

Structural Engineer

Applicant will be technically involved in the resolution of design problems that may include performing field investigation or inspections, detailed design work, detailed checking of design computations done by others, and/or general coordination of specific design aspects in a project.  Applicant will see that these items are complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practice.  Other responsibilities include:

  • Design of structural building systems.
  • Develop structural building system plans, specifications and reports.
  • Be familiar with Autodesk REVIT.
  • May occasionally supervise and schedule work of other team members
  • Work closely with other engineering and architectural disciplines
  • Limited client contact at staff level.


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering
