This project is a new retail facility located in San Antonio, Texas. The proposed store is approximately 100,000 square foot with 75,000 square foot conditioned space with Retail, Office, Warehouse, Front End, a large aquarium, boat service and 25,000 square foot exterior canopy.

 

 

Rick's Automotive Springfield, Missouri

 

This project consists of a renovation and addition to Rick’s Automotive. The addition is approximately 9,000 sf and the primary structural system is both PEMB and conventional steel framing. There is an oil service pit and mezzanine area as well.

This project is a new retail facility located in Olathe, Kansas. The proposed store is approximately 108,000 square foot and two stories
